QA (junior - mid level)

,Main responsibilities:
- Document bugs with steps to recreate problems
- Construct test cases for the defined test plan; modify the existing test cases as test requirements change
- Complete regular test plans and playthroughs
- Manage build releases, track changes and ensure submission candidates have met all necessary criteria for release
- Test across multiple platforms: iOS and Android
- Collaborate daily with Game Team to ensure quality standard and development process
- Research, identify, reproduce, isolate and report defects
- Prioritize bugs in relation to development focus and properly communicate the impact of blocking and critical issues
Minimum requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a QA in a game company
- Experienced in shipping at least 10 version release of a game
- Fast learner, quality & detail-oriented, discipline, organized, takes initiatives, team worker
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Working knowledge of essential testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices
Pluses:
- Experienced with Backend, online test implications and Unity
- Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
- Ability to remain effective under stress, and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization
- Working knowledge of free-to-play games
- Computer science background
- Minor scripting or programming experience
- 25+ years of age
Filtering process:
- In-house test: Describe the whole testing phases of a mobile game, categorize bug priorities, write a test case from this design document
- Interview: GD, EP, P, AP or PM will sit with HR to interview the selected candidates, 10 - 15 mins.
- Selection: Negotiate contract condition
